*inspired by Reader's Digest *i just wanted to share this to my friends*
Stress Free in 10 Minutes
7 ways to chill out and rechrage:

1.) DO NOTHING
Here's How: At least once during the day, take five or ten minutes to sit quietly and do nothing.
     Focus on the sound around you, your emotions and any tension in your neck, shoulders,
     arms, chest, etc.

2.) LAUGH OUT LOUD
Here's How: Keep something handy that makes you laugh. It could be a collection of your favorite comic strips
     or a funny voice mail from, say, your child or a friend. You could even take a few moments
     to think about watching your favourite television comedy. Turn to this every so often during
     your day.

3.) TUNE IN
Here's How: When you face a daunting task, play soothing music- be it classical, country or jazz.
     At work you can use the CD drive on your computer to keep music at the ready.

4.) THINK HAPPY
Here's How: Focus on someone or something you care deeply about for anywhere from 15 seconds
        to 5 minutes. Or picture a scene from a peacefu vacation. A phrase that makes you feel
     positive about yourself and the world can also work.

5.) HIT THE ROAD
Here's How: Get up from your desk, the couch- wherever you may be- and take a ten-minute walk.

6.) BREATHE EASY
Here's How: For five minutes slow your breathing down to about six deep-belly breaths a minute. In
     other words, inhale for about 5 seconds, exhale for about five.

7.) Rise Relaxed:
Here's How: Right before bed, and after the alarm goes off in the morning, take five minutes to relax
     your entire body. Start by tensing your toes; then consciously relax them. Move on to
     the muscles in your face.

WOW!! at long last ayos na tong pc nmin. sbrang pgod ako. wla nman akong gnwa. nkkainis xe badtrip pa tong c momi. pag galit sa isang tao galit na sa mundo.. GRR!!!.. haay... lapit na first day of my junior life in college. WISH ko maging ok lhat. what about may MUSIC pa? hmmm.. bka magmala concierto dating nun.. miss ko na classmates ko. chka barkda ko.. ASTRO!!!! wla lang.. hehe.. that's all for now. gutom nako. kainin kita jan eh. hihi

Whappak...

so it's my sister's advance birthday party at Sfuzzi,katipunan. It was fun coz i appreciate alternative music and reggae. The bands were all good. Sayang nga lang ndi naabutan nila Glen. Pero ok lang.. Masaya parin coz Glen met my bestfriend nadn.*At long last* and ung kbarx ko dn. c jastro!!! my buddy!! hihi I'm so happy. parang anclose na nila. WAAH!!. sa sobrang kasiyahan ko ata eh mejo mdami nadn akong nainom.. at eto.. ndapa pa ko sa lbas.. i mean.. natapilok lang. ngunit may narinig akong tumawa sa kawalan..*grr* kilala ko un!!hehe.. fun!! pati dn nman ako natawa eh. eh kung umuyak ako edi mas lalong nkakatawa.haha. pinaka nkakatawa yung cousin ko *krystel* nkakaisang san miglight plang bagsak na. gusto ndaw nya umuwi.. anu ba yun? hehe. labyu babs!! waah!! saya ngsleepover smin c muji and astro. kaso paggcng ko wla na c jas. ehehe. umuwi na pla.. traydor beer! gaarr!
